At Mihila Tex, we will specialize in the sustainable manufacturing of weft knit fabrics, including Single Jersey, Interlock, Fleece, Pique, RIB, and Terry. Our advanced facility will enable us to produce a wide range of fabric constructions designed for everything from intimate apparel to outerwear. We will have the capability to work with cotton, synthetic fibers, and blends, applying both chemical and mechanical finishes to enhance fabric performance and aesthetics. The plant will be equipped with Circular Knitting Machines, we will produce a diverse range of high-performance fabrics with flexibility, precision, and efficiency to meet the evolving needs of the textile industry.
Our facility will feature VAT Dye Machines, designed to ensure consistent, high-quality color application across a diverse range of fabrics. These state-of-the-art machines will enable us to achieve precise color matching and vibrant hues, catering to both fashion and industrial textile needs.
With Stenters, Compactor/Dryers, and Brushing/Sueding Ranges, our finishing processes will enhance fabric texture, durability, and performance. Prioritizing sustainability, we will utilize eco-friendly techniques to ensure superior quality with minimal environmental impact.
Mihila Tex will establish a high-efficiency production facility with a planned capacity of 50 metric tons per day, backed by state-of-the-art equipment and advanced machinery. This setup will ensure a seamless production process, delivering consistent quality while meeting the demands of a dynamic market.
